We specify that the seller “Azienda Agricola Accordini Stefano S.S.” offers its product for sale on www.accordiniwineclub.com and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its users who are “Final Consumers”.
The following “Contract of Sale” exclusively regulates the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products for sale on www.accordiniwineclub.com.
Sales Agreement
When the user (also named as “customer”) places an order, he automatically accepts the Premise listed above of these Conditions of Sale and the following Sales Agreement with “Azienda Agricola Accordini Stefano S.S.” (also named as “seller”) who manages the payments.
Once the order has been received, the system will send a confirmation e-mail: this e-mail is only a confirmation of receipt and will not ensure acceptance of the registration. The contract will not be concluded until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the registration you have requested has been accepted.

In order to become a customer, and therefore register for our Wine Club, the user declares to possess the following mandatory minimum requirements:
Being a “Final Consumer”
Be at least 18 years old
Own and provide a valid email address
Possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts
Have a Verified PayPal account, or a bank account to proceed with the payment of the registration itself

The prices presented are exclusive of VAT (22%) which will be added to you at the time of registration confirmation before proceeding with the relative payment

d) Purchase procedure
To conclude the purchase contract on www.accordiniwineclub.com, the customer must fill out the registration form in electronic format which will be automatically transmitted to the system. You will receive a confirmation of registration by email.
Before proceeding with the registration and concluding the purchase procedure, the customer must declare that he has carefully read and accepted the Conditions of Sale illustrated here and the Privacy Policy: without this confirmation by ticking the appropriate box, the order will not be taken into consideration.
Shipping, delivery of products
www.accordiniwineclub.com ships its products, where included in the plan purchased by the customer, with the reliable service offered by the GLS or DHL Courier depending on the country of destination: when these couriers are used, all shipments, in Italy and in the world, are traceable. At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with the shipping number, so that he can follow the progress of his shipment.
We invite the customer to contact us for any information on delivery times.
Shipping times may vary based on availability and any forecasts relating to delivery times are purely indicative.
Orders will be processed as soon as possible: delivery times depend on the time of receipt of the order.
Acceptance of the Conditions of Sale
By submitting the registration form, the customer confirms that he has read and accepted these Conditions of Sale and the related Privacy Policy.
www.accordiniwineclub.com may change the Conditions of Sale at any time: we will send an e-mail to users when this happens to inform them, but we invite all customers to review this section periodically to check for any changes.
